While undertaking a WordPress website project the Agency grew frustrated with their freelance developer not following instructions and lacking an attention to detail. When they decided to part ways, the project was late and several pieces of functionality were still broken and/or incorrectly implemented.

Solution
We began by reviewing the work of the original developer and auditing the website for WordPress best practices. Once we had determined the state of the code, we worked with the Agency to manage client expectations and implement best practice while completing the outstanding features and fixing bugs.

The website launched to spec with minimal calendar delay for a satisfied client.
