As part of its re-branding process, Research Triangle Institute changed its name to RTI International and adopted a new logo, striving to be recognized as the premier independent research institute in the world. A new web site design by DesignHammer, deployed in June 2002, was part of the re-branding process.
In 2007 RTI International asked DesignHammer to redesign their new site. With great pride the new site went live August 2008. The new design conveys the message “RTI is the world’s best resource for turning knowledge into practice through innovative, multidisciplinary research and technology development.” The site serves a diverse audience identified as clients/collaborators, policymakers, researchers, current and potential customer, potential investors, potential employees, news media and the general public.
